Hosting plans will automatically be renewed until a plan is cancelled. In order to cancel service, you must contact Clara Online Customer Support,Monday to Friday, 10:00 A.M. to 18:00 P.M. Japanese Standard Time,Clara Online Customer Support Specialists will assist you with the cancellation process. Please be aware that there are no pro-rated refunds after the first 30 days of service.
